Are your cookies made fresh?
All of our cookies are baked fresh weekly in small batches.

When will my cookies ship?
Orders ship every Monday to ensure freshness. Orders placed by Sunday night will ship the next day. Orders placed after Sunday will ship the following Monday. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your cookies head out the door.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for about 5 days at room temperature when sealed. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

Can I warm my cookies?
Yes! Microwave for 8–10 seconds for that fresh-baked texture.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship cookies anywhere in the United States.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our cookies are perishable food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
